Supergreens Smoothie

A delicious recharging and balancing smoothie to get you going when you need something truly nutritious.

1 cup spinach (washed)
1/2 avocado
1 banana
1 serving super greens protein powder
1 tbsp soy lecithin
1/2 cup blueberries
2 cups water (or you can use coconut water or your choice of milk)

1)  Blend until smooth.

Optional:  add ice.

Drink and enjoy.

Drink within 30 minutes of juicing as the longer it ‘hangs’ around, the more natural occurring sugar is produced.
