Supergreens Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 of a whole cucumber
1/4 fennel bulb
4 stalks celery
1 green apple
1/2 inch fresh ginger
1/2 inch fresh turmeric
1/2 lime (remove skin)

1 cup washed spinach
1 serving of super greens protein powder

Instructions

  1. Juice top 7 veggies/fruits
  2. Put the juice in a blender with the spinach and protein powder
  3. Blend
  4. Pour in a glass and enjoy

Great on the go, great at home, great to enjoy throughout the morning at work.

Great source of magnesium, iron and has natural anti-inflammatory properties.
