Raw Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies

RAW VEGAN & GLUTEN FREE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Serves between 8-14 depending on size

Ingredients

1 cup almonds (you can use cashews, peanuts or walnuts)
1/4 cup tahini
4 tbsp maple syrup
4 tbsp raw cacao nibs
Sprinkling of cinnamon powder
Pinch of himalayan salt

Instructions

Add all the ingredients into the food processor and blend until the mixture comes together.  Empty into a bowl and then separate into balls and then push down flat with a fork into mini-cookie shapes.  Keep refrigerated.
