Raw Energy Balls

Raw Energy Balls – Citrus flavour

Makes between 10-16 balls depending on size


1 cup walnuts/cashews
1 cup pitted dates
2 tbsp lemon juice
Sprinkling of cinnamon, nutmeg, himalayan salt


In a food processor, add all the ingredients and blend until the ingredients have broken down and come together.  Empty into a bowl and start to roll into balls (to the size you like).

Leave plain or you can roll in desiccated coconut or sesame seeds.

Flavour options:

– Chocolate:  add 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
