Raw Cashew Cream

This nutty cream is so versatile and can be used in both desserts and savoury dishes.

Ingredients

1 cup raw unsalted cashes: soaked overnight
1.5 cups cold water
Pinch of sea salt
Juice from 1/2 lemon

For adding to sweets/desserts add the following:

1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp lemon juice not juice from 1/2 lemon!

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blend and mix until smooth
