Energiser Juice

A delicious fresh energising juice to get your day started off right.

1 orange
6 carrots
1/2 inch fresh ginger
1/2 inch fresh turmeric
1 serving rice protein powder
1 tbsp hemp seeds

1)  Juice the orange, carrots and ginger together
2)  Put the juice into a blender
3)  Add protein powder & hemp seeds
4)  Blend until smooth.

Optional:  add ice.

Drink and enjoy.

Drink within 30 minutes of juicing as the longer it ‘hangs’ around, the more natural occurring sugar is produced.
