A truly zingy dressing to compliment any salad. Ingredients 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1/4 extra virgin olive oil 1/2 tsp chilli flakes (optional) 1/8 tsp mixed Italian herbs Salt & pepper to taste Method Mix all the ingredients together and serve.  Keeps well in the fridge for 2 weeks.
