As the weather starts to get colder, learn how to make delicious & nutritious soups using the same base however adding a variety of your ‘main’ vegetable to create some amazing soups.

You will not believe how easy and versatile soup making can be, creating a fully nutritious, vitamin packed meal in a bowl.

Alongside making soups, we will experiment with making healthy no grain breads and crackers to compliment our delicious soups.
