It’s been a while since I’ve written, purely because life passes us by and we get caught up in the day to day……
Since coming back from the States, we did the concerts in Bedford park, then a few Summer catering jobs, then I had my little nephews for a week and since, life simply hasn’t stopped, which of course is great!
Meanwhile, I have been focusing firmly on my health, my new eating habits, my walking, and simply focusing on keeping on the healthy track.
As well as all this, of course, working for yourself, you are always planning the next event, the next offering, the next new episode and this for me, like for anyone else, working for themselves and on their own, never stops. I am always looking for new ways to not only improve myself, also how best to improve my business, the service, products and events I offer to you, my readers and customers.
I am excited to be in the field of ‘food and health’ and know there is so much to offer however also know these needs are very personal and individual.
With this, I am focused on offering new and insightful cooking workshops which will cover all areas of eating well, eating healthily, eating with being ‘vegan’ in mind, offering different cuisines, different cooking methods (i.e. cooked or raw) and offering workshops at all levels (beginners/advanced) therefore hoping to make these events useful and hopefully will appeal to a wide variety of people.
